Simon Fraser University Chinese Student Union ( CSU ) was established in 1995 by a group of enthusiastic students. CSU is a non-profitable student organization and a very unique organization due to its diverse executive members from Hong Kong, Taiwan, and China. CSU is dedicated in serving our members and bringing the best university experience to them. In the past nine years, CSU provided a lot of different events to our members, like dances, basketball tournaments, workshops, and seminars etc. in order to satisfy different members. We will keep providing different events to our members this year, and we will try our best to make everyoneknow more about chinese cultures and enjoy their university life.

Dear members
Welcome back to another exciting semester with CSU. I hope everyone has enjoyed the break and is now ready for more fun and excitement with us again. First, I like to say that it is my honour and privilege to be part of the CSU family and being the president of CSU. Being part of the CSU family has given me the joy of having the opportunity to meet and work with the unique charactesr and skills that our executives possess. Also, during this period of time I have gained a vast of knowledge and experiences which I won't be able to get from textbooks and those knowledge and experiences will serve me for the rest of life. As the president, I will overse all operations within CSU both externally and internally. I will ensure all of CSU events will be entertaining and unforgettable for all of our members. In the past semester, we have organized our annual ski trip, "snow jam" which sold out quickly and was a successful event. In addition, our annual new generation music talent show which discovered many future stars. Like always, in the coming semester CSU have prepared a variety of events and dances that are suitable to all our members. As the goal of our club, CSU is dedicated in serving our members and bringing the best university experience to them.
Nevertheless, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all the members of CSU for their support, and I am looking forward in seeing all of you in our upcoming events. If you want relaxing after stresses, CSU must be your first choice!
